The wind-power plant has windwheel that consists of three shovels (1). The shovels are arranged on horizontal shaft (2). The shaft is connected with device for use of rotating movement. The wheels are arranged perpendicular to the horizontal axis on the two sides of the movable head. The shovels are in-bent on ends in direction of spread portion of the gutters. The shovels are-in bent under specific angle.
