METHOD ON SHORTENED TPC ALGORITHM FOR NEXT GENERATION DVB-RCS SYSTEMS

PURPOSE: A reduced TPC algorithm method for a next generation DVB-RCS system is provided to improve an encoding rate, to reduce an amount of calculation and to decrease calculation time. CONSTITUTION: An e-BCH is applied in a horizontal encoding method. An e-BCH is applied in a vertical encoding method. 0 is inserted into a horizontal and vertical encoder and a rate compatible encoding rate is controlled.
