-26 Abstract [0075] The invention is directed to a nonlinear laser scanning microscope for flexible, noninvasive three-dimensional detection, particularly in human tissue and animal tissue, but also in nonliving matter. The object of realizing a mobile, flexibly usable nonlinear laser scanning microscope for multifunctional high-resolution examinations which permits a reproducible illumination of the measurement object with unlimited flexibility of a measuring head is met according to the invention in that the measuring head (4) which is flexibly connected to at least one radiation source (1) by transmission optics (3) can be freely positioned in space, at least one controllable tilt mirror (2) is arranged for aligning the excitation beam (11) in order to keep the excitation beam (11) concentric to an aperture limited optical element (44) of the measuring head (4) through the transmission optics (3) in any position of the measuring head (4), a test beam (43) which is coupled out of the excitation beam (11) is arranged on a spatially resolving photodetector (5) for determining the beam position in a position conjugate to the target position (41) of the excitation beam (11) which is monitored for the center alignment of the test beam (43), and a directional stabilization of the excitation beam (11) is realized by means of a control unit (6) of the tilt mirror (2) depending on a determined deviation. - Fig. 1 - 0) U)Y E c U U)V C a) Fl30113
|
