<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a memory having a simple configuration, and to provide an inexpensive semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the same, in view of such circumstances that a semiconductor device capable of transmitting and receiving data in a noncontact manner has become widespread in a part of market of a railway pass, an electronic money card and the like, and the provision of an inexpensive semiconductor device is urgently necessary for it to become more widespread. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic equipment, a memory has a layer containing an organic compound, and a source electrode or a drain electrode of a TFT provided on a memory element portion is processed by etching to form a conductive layer constituting the bit line of the memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
