<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a step response control so that energy consumption does not exceed a specified value substantially and so that follow-up characteristics to a setting value are not impaired. <P>SOLUTION: A total power suppression control device comprises: a heating-up period estimation unit (12) for estimating a heating-up period when an operation amount of each of control loops is set to a specific value; power control units (16-19) for setting a necessary output, that is finally obtained, as an operation amount output upper limit value of each of the control loops, by estimating an output necessary for changing a control amount of each of the control loops only by an amount according to a setting value change during the heating-up period, calculating total power consumption that is a sum of power consumption of respective control actuators from the necessary output, and searching for a combination of necessary outputs that optimize an evaluation value of a weighting evaluation function representing a balance between an achievement rate of the total power consumption to total allocation power and an acquisition rate of the heating-up period to a maximum limit period; and a control unit (22-i) provided for each control loop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
