<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded component capable of improving bondability between an insert component and resin more effectively, and to provide a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molded component 1 has the insert component 2 and the resin 3 enclosing the insert component 2.
