<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measures on at least one side of a wiring board while preventing or minimizing occurrence of differential skew of a high speed differential signal. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring board has a plurality of differential wiring pairs 11 each consisting of two interconnections (11P, 11N), and a plurality of connection pads (1P and 1N, ...) connected electrically with each wiring of the differential wiring pairs 11.
