<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic stainless steel for a dental attachment which has magnetic properties with excellent saturation magnetic flux density Bs, while maintaining corrosion resistance equal to or higher than that of SUS316 (JIS steel) under a very severe corrosion environment, such as that in an oral cavity. <P>SOLUTION: The soft magnetic stainless steel for a dental attachment includes, in mass ratio, 0.02% or less of C, 0.50% or less of Si, 0.40% or less of Mn, 0.015% or less of S, 14.0-18.0% of Cr, 0.3-2.5% of Mo, 0.02% or less of Al, 0.05-0.30% of Ti, 0.02% or less of N, 0.01% or less of O, and 0.05-1.00% of Sn, with the balance including Fe and impurity elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
