<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform winding while the origin point is always correctly adjusted, in a yarn winding device. <P>SOLUTION: A winding unit includes, as operation parts, an opening and closing member, a yarn handling lever, a peg, a movable cylindrical body, a yarn splicing device, an upper yarn capturing guide member, a lower yarn capturing guide member, and a shutter, and is operated in any of a winding operation mode for operating these operation parts to perform yarn winding and a maintenance mode for stopping the operation parts for performing maintenance. When a certain winding unit is switched from the maintenance mode to the winding operation mode, the operation origin point position of each of the operation parts of the winding unit is adjusted, and the winding of the yarn is then resumed. When a power supply of an automatic winder having a plurality of winding units is turned on, the operation origin point position of each operation part is adjusted in all winding units. The adjustment of the operation origin point positions of the plurality of operation parts is not performed simultaneously, but is performed part-by-part along a predetermined order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
