<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injection compression molding of resin, manufacturing a thick thermoplastic resin molded product without complicating and increasing in size of configurations of a device and a molding die. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for injection compression molding for resin for obtaining an injection molded product by compressing the thermoplastic resin using the molding die whose fixed side has a cavity to be melt-filled with the thermoplastic resin and having a slide core, and an injection compression molding machine, the slide core is slid while moving it back interlocking with a resin amount when the thermoplastic resin is melt-filled, the resin of 20% to 80% of a molding die filling capacity is stored on a leading end side of an injection screw after resin supply is started, and after injecting the resin from an injection cylinder while plasticizing the resin by rotation of the injection screw, the molten resin of 80% to 20% of the molding die filling capacity, stored on the leading end side of the injection screw, is injected at a high speed, and the slide core is slid to the fixed side to mold the injection compression molded product of the thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
