In addition, the present invention is equipped with: a first blower (25), which delivers air to the first heat exchanger (22); a moisture absorption/desorption device (23a) and a moisture absorption/desorption device (23b), which are arranged respectively before/after the first heat exchanger (22) in the flow path of the air delivered by the first blower (25); and air path switching devices (24a, 24b), which reverse the direction of flow of the air passing through the moisture absorption/desorption device (23a), the first heat exchanger (22), and the moisture absorption/desorption device (23b).
