[Solution] The present invention is equipped with a transport means (16), which delivers to an evaporator (15) a refrigeration fluid that exchanges heat with a refrigerant in the evaporator (15), and a first heat exchanger (22), which exchanges heat between the ambient air and the refrigeration fluid that has undergone a heat exchange in the evaporator (15), with a sensible heat exchange cycle (2000) being formed by connecting the evaporator (15), the first heat exchanger (22), and the transport means (16) in a circular arrangement by means of pipes. In addition, the present invention is equipped with: a first blower (25), which delivers air to the first heat exchanger (22); a moisture absorption/desorption device (23a) and a moisture absorption/desorption device (23b), which are arranged respectively before/after the first heat exchanger (22) in the flow path of the air delivered by the first blower (25); and air path switching devices (24a, 24b), which reverse the direction of flow of the air passing through the moisture absorption/desorption device (23a), the first heat exchanger (22), and the moisture absorption/desorption device (23b). |
