The present invention provides a method and apparatus for identifying an extremely-low-magnetic-field nuclear magnetic resonance material. The method includes the steps of: changing the intensity of pre-magnetized magnetic field or the application time of the pre-magnetized magnetic field with respect to measuring targets and measuring a spin-lattice relaxation time (T1); and classifying the measuring targets using the spin-lattice relaxation time.
