This tailpipe-assembling device is provided with the following: a pair of rails (11) that are parallel to the axis of a combustor tailpipe (3) and provided at a separation from each other in a plane orthogonal to said axis; a support part (12) that is coupled to the combustor tailpipe and supports said combustor tailpipe such that the combustor tailpipe can move in the long direction of the rails; a trapezoidal-thread screw (31) disposed between the rails so as to be parallel to the axis of the combustor tailpipe; an internal-thread block (32) into which the trapezoidal-thread screw is screwed; and a slide member (34) that is provided between the internal-thread block and the combustor tailpipe and couples the internal-thread block and the combustor tailpipe to each other so as to allow relative movement therebetween in a plane orthogonal to the axis of the internal thread.
