<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent conductive sheet capable of being produced by papermaking, high in air permeability and conductivity, and suitable for a fuel cell electrode material, and a method for producing the water-repellent conductive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorine resin particle is deposited on aromatic polyamide pulp in a slurry including, as a raw material, the aromatic polyamide pulp, the fluorine resin particle, a carbon based conductive material and a burn-off material, then the slurry is subjected to papermaking to obtain a conductive sheet precursor, the conductive sheet precursor is subjected to hot pressing at a predetermined condition, and then the sheet is fired at a predetermined temperature. Thus, a conductive sheet including aromatic polyamide pulp, a fluorine resin fused with the aromatic polyamide pulp, and a carbon based conductive material is formed. The conductive sheet has an air permeability of 30-10,000 ml/min cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and a surface electric resistance value of 2,000 mΩ/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
