<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a non-conforming article by firmly and surely fixing a filter to a tank body by allowing the same to be welded to the tank body before being fixed thereto with the filter positioned when the filter is arranged inside the resin-made tank body. <P>SOLUTION: A tank body 2 is divided into a tank upper 10 and tank lower 20. An upper-side welding projection 13a and lower-side welding projection 23a are provided to the tank upper 10 and tank lower 20, respectively. A filter positioning step 24 for positioning a filter 30 is formed in a part in a peripheral direction on an inner peripheral side in the lower-side welding projection 23a. A fitting part 32a fitted to the filter positioning step 24 is formed in an edge of the filter 30.
