<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt adhesive excellent in heat resistance and mechanical strength while keeping adhesiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The acryloyl group-containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-saponified product includes 75.4-98.3 mol% ethylene residual unit, 0.3-19.6 mol% vinyl acetate residual unit, 0-24.2 mol% vinyl alcohol residual unit, and 0.1-20.0 mol% residual unit having an acryloyl group formed from the reaction of the vinyl alcohol unit and isocyanate having an acryloyl group. The acryloyl group-containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-saponified product has an MFR of 5-40,000 g/10 min measured according to JIS K6924-1.
