<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device which is capable of identifying an abnormal portion of a driven part driven by a servomotor. <P>SOLUTION: The abnormality detection device of the present invention includes: an input unit to which position information of a servomotor is inputted from a position detector; a frequency conversion unit for frequency-converting the position information; and a comparison determination unit for comparing an amplitude at a frequency-converted predetermined frequency with a threshold for determining an abnormality of a driven part.
