<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authorize a support employee to enter a branch office in an emergency state such as occurrence of accidents, while securing security in a normal state. <P>SOLUTION: A room entrance management system comprises: a storage unit 150 for storing a collation DB including an enterprise code and employee IDs; a reading unit 101 for reading an enterprise code and an employee ID; an authentication unit 102 which collates the read enterprise code and employee ID with the enterprise code and employee ID in the collation DB, and authorizes the employee to enter a branch office when the collation is successful; and an emergency state mode switching unit 103 for switching a mode of the system to an emergency state mode when the branch office is in an emergency state. When the system is switched to the emergency state mode which changes a collation method, the reading unit 101 reads an enterprise code from an ID card, and also the authentication unit 102 collates the read enterprise code with the enterprise code in the collation DB, and authorizes an employee to enter the branch office if the collation is successful. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
