<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the practicability of a die feeder for picking up and feeding dice from a die aggregate comprising a wafer diced up. <P>SOLUTION: The die feeder in which a plurality of suction nozzles are mounted on a plurality of nozzle mounts of a pickup head, respectively, comprises a nozzle storage device 100 for storing the plurality of suction nozzles 44. The nozzle storage device is configured to store the plurality of suction nozzles in the same relative positional relationship as the plurality of nozzle mounts are, and the nozzle storage device is provided with a nozzle actuation mechanism 120, 122, 124, 126, 128 for simultaneously actuating the plurality of suction nozzles for simultaneous mounting on the pickup head.
