<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-body frame connecting member and a vehicle-body frame structure capable of expanding loading capacity of a loading platform with the floor lowered. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle-body frame 10 is provided with side frames 11 which include a front frame 15, rear frame 16, and connecting member 20 connecting the front frame 15 with the rear frame 16, and extend along the vehicle in the front-rear direction. The connecting member 20 includes: a placing surface 23 arranged above an axle 18 and making the upper surface 15a of the front frame 15 communicate with the upper surface 16a of the rear frame 16 in a manner that the upper surfaces 15a and 16a form a continuous flat surface to place the loading platform; and a recessed surface 25 recessed upward in the direction of the placing surface 23.
