<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cooling an annealing furnace, which can prevent cooling efficiency from degrading. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for cooling an annealing furnace includes: a cooling column 12, arranged in an inner peripheral side of a coil material C provided in a furnace, for spraying an atmosphere gas to an inside diameter surface of the coil material C; a circulating fan 32, arranged on a circulation pathway of the atmosphere gas, for circulating the atmosphere gas in the circulation pathway; a plurality of flow rate-adjusting valves 24 capable of changing the flow rate per unit time of the atmosphere gas to be sprayed from the cooling column 12 to the inside diameter surface of the coil material C, by changing the flow rate per unit time of the atmosphere gas sent from the circulating fan, wherein each of the flow rate-adjusting valves 24 has a different range of changing the flow rate per unit time and is arranged on the circulation pathway in parallel; and a flow rate-controlling part 40 for controlling each of the flow rates of the plurality of flow rate-adjusting valves 24 individually according to the preset circulation amount per unit time of the atmosphere gas in the circulation pathway. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
