<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool for easily cleaning a non-washable article with a difficult-to-clean dusty delicate portions without damaging it in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning tool 10 includes a rod-like grip part 2, and cleaning parts 4 and 14 having cleaning surfaces 6 and 16 attached to at least one tip of the rod-like grip part 2. The cleaning parts 4 and 14 are formed by attaching a water-absorbing plate-like material 8 which can be expanded mainly in its thickness direction with absorbed water, to the tip of the rod-like grip part 2 in a bent or curved state. The water-absorbing plate-like material 8 is formed by drying and compressing cellulose sponge.
