<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which has required adhesion to an adherend, removes submicron-level foreign matters without contaminating a cleaning region, is excellent in heat resistance, exhibits sufficient adhesion and cohesion even under high temperature, and is easily peeled without leaving adhesive residues on the adherend when peeled from the adherend after use. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 100 includes assembled layers 20 of oblique columnar structures 30 on the surface of a support 10, protruding from the surface at an elevation angle of less than 90 degrees, wherein the oblique columnar structure 30 has an aspect ratio of 1 or more and a length of 100 nm or more, and the number of the oblique columnar structures 30 per unit area of the surface of the support 10 is 1×10<SP POS="POST">8</SP>pieces/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
