On the top surface side of a tape path member (15) for pitch-feeding a component feeding tape (12) to a component suction position, multiple (for example, three or more) laterally-facing U-shaped guide members (36-38) for holding the component feeding tape (12) only at one side in the width direction are alternately provided in a zigzag pattern on either side across the component feeding tape (12). The multiple guide members (36-38) are each placed slightly inward in the width direction of the component feeding tape (12), thereby holding the component feeding tape (12) in a state in which the component feeding tape mildly meanders or tilts sideways in the width direction. Consequently, the width of the guiding mechanism for guiding the component feeding tape (12) to the component suction position can be reduced to a width substantially identical to that of the component feeding tape (12). |
