Provided is a force-feedback device that makes it possible for a tactile sensation exhibited on the basis of contact with a touch panel to be associated with an image displayed on a display unit and set with a high degree of freedom of motion. A force-feedback device (1) is characterized in being provided with: a touch sensor (40); a force-feedback unit (50) for oscillating a touch surface of the touch sensor (40); a display unit (30); and a controller (10) for controlling the display of an image by the display unit (30); the controller (10) also controlling the setting, in image pixels, of a tactile sensation exhibited by the tactile force-feedback unit (50), thereby controlling a prescribed processing assigned to the pixels, and, in addition, controlling the force-feedback unit (50) so that the tactile sensation set using the pixels is exhibited with respect to an object making contact with the touch surface when the touch sensor (30) detects contact at a location corresponding to the pixels. |
