<p>A liquid crystal display device is equipped with a scan signal line drive means for driving a gate bus line, a data signal line drive means for applying a source voltage to a source electrode by driving a source bus line, and a control means for controlling the scan signal line drive means and the date signal line drive means. The control means generates an LS signal so that the time of application of a source voltage (Vs) on the positive polarity side of a pixel electrode potential (Vd) is longer than the time of application a source voltage (Vs) on the negative polarity side of the pixel electrode potential (Vd). The data signal line drive means, on the basis of the LS signal timing, applies the source voltage (Vs) to the source electrode having a TFT connected to the gate bus line driven by the scan signal line drive means.</p> |
