PURPOSE: An imaging lens is provided to have high resolution and to improve chromatic aberration by having excellent optical characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A first lens(110) has a positive power and both sides of the first lens are convex. A second lens(120) has a negative power and has a concave shape toward the top side. A third lens(130) has a positive power and both sides of the third lens are convex. A fourth lens(140) has a positive power and has a convex shape toward the top side. A fifth lens(150) has a negative power, and is formed to have a concave shape toward the top side.
