SPEAKER INTEGRATED WITH DAMPER PLATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A damper plate integrated speaker and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a speaker manufacturing process by automating work for fixing an outer circumference end unit of a damper plate to a frame and reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: An integrated type speaker(1) includes a vibration plate(10), a bobbin, a damper plate, a frame(50) and a magnetic circuit. The frame fixes an outer circumference end unit of the vibration plate and a flat unit forming a first penetration hole in the center of a lower part. The magnetic circuit is fixed to a lower part of the frame and consists of a lower plate, a magnet and an upper plate. The bobbing is fixed to the vibration plate and winds a voice coil movably inserted into air gap prepared in the magnetic circuit. The damper plate connects an inner circumference end unit to the outer surface of the bobbin and supports the bobbin by inserting and fixing the outer circumference end unit into the flat unit of the frame.
