The highway electric power generating facility relates to energy-saving devices and can be used for supplying power to illuminate streets, traffic lights at crossroads and railway crossings, etc. As a result of the reinforcement of the hinges situated in the hollows of stiffening ribs with a hard and resilient material which exhibits elastic properties at temperatures ranging from +40°C to -40°C and is capable of withstanding large dynamic loads, for example chlorinated or fluorinated rubber, the proposed highway electric power generating facility makes it possible to increase the long-term ability of said hinges to endure automobiles driving onto the ramp at high speeds.
