<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature- and pH-sensitive block copolymer excellent in gel strength, a method for manufacturing the same, and a drug vehicle using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The drug vehicle is a hydrogel being a multi-block copolymer formed of (a) a polyethylene series homocompound (A) or a copolymer thereof with a biodegradable polyester (B), and (b) the polyethylene series homocompound (A) or the copolymer (B) coupled with a polyurethane series oligomer (C), wherein the hydrogel can form a polymeric hydrogel structure due to an amphipathic property having both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity exhibiting temperature sensitivity and a pH-sensitive property in which the ionic property changes according to pH of the circumferential environment, whereby the drug vehicle can be used as a target-directive drug vehicle using the in-vivo pH change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
