<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PV panel diagnostic technique capable of reliably determining a deteriorated panel in a solar power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: A PV panel diagnostic device comprises: an adjustment unit 111 which causes an impedance adjustment circuit 6 to adjust impedance in PV panel circuits to which strings S, each having a plurality of PV panels 1 connected thereto in series, are connected in parallel to one another; a measured value storage unit 311 which stores, in accordance with changes in the impedance, a voltage or current measured in the PV panel circuits as a measured value; a change amount determination unit 221 which determines the amount of changes in the voltage or current on the basis of the measured value in accordance with the changes in impedance caused by the adjustment unit 111; and a determination unit 222 which determines, on the basis of comparison between the degree of change amount and a preset threshold, any one of the PV panels 1 that has been deteriorated or any one of the strings S including the deteriorated PV panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
