<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition excellent in interfacial adhesivity between carbon fibers and a thermoplastic resin, and excellent in mechanical properties. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin composition includes the following (A) and (B) components, a carbon fiber, and a thermoplastic resin. The (A) component is a bi- or more functional epoxy compound (A1) and/or an epoxy compound (A2) having at least one functional group. The (B) component is 0.1 to 25 parts by mass of at least one reaction accelerator selected from the group consisting of the following (a), (b) and (c) based on 100 parts by mass of the (A) component: (a) is a tertiary amine compound having a molecular weight of ≥100 g/mol and/or a tertiary amine salt (B1), used at least as a (B) component; (b) is a quaternary ammonium salt (B2) having a cationic site represented by either one of formula (I) or (II), used at least as a (B) component; and (c) is a quaternary phosphonium salt and/or a phosphine compound (B3), used at least as a (B) component. In the formulae, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>are each a 1-22C hydrocarbon group, a group containing a 1-22C hydrocarbon and an ether structure, or the like; and R<SB POS="POST">6</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">7</SB>are each hydrogen, a 1-8C hydrocarbon group, a group containing a 1-8C hydrocarbon and an ether structure, or a group containing a 1-8C hydrocarbon and an ester structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
