<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate migration quickly without driving a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The drive unit of a motor comprises a polyphase inverter 3 which inverts DC power into AC power being supplied to a compressor motor 5 provided in the compressor of an air conditioner, and an MPU 7 which controls the inverter 3 while switching between the hot standby control for heating the winding of the compressor motor 5 and the V/f control based on the number of revolution of the compressor motor 5. When a command for enabling the hot standby control is acquired, the MPU 7 selects the hot standby control after initial excitation of the compressor motor 5, and controls the inverter 3 so as to feed DC current continuously to the compressor motor 5 from each phase of the inverter 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
