<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system capable of protecting a user from an illegal information code. <P>SOLUTION: Address information of a disclosure site is recorded in a disclosure area of an information code C, and address information of a management server 2 is recorded in a non-disclosure area. When the address information of the management server 2 is decrypted, a portable terminal 10 connects to the management server 2 and transmits the address information of the disclosure site that is stored in the disclosure area to the management server 2. The management server 2 connects to the disclosure site on the basis of the address information of the disclosure site that is transmitted from the portable terminal 10, and acquires and processes display information that is disclosed on the disclosure site to transmit the information to the portable terminal 10.
