<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spit-roaster that can effectively use space saving nature while improving the efficiency of the heating cooking. <P>SOLUTION: In the spit-roaster, the carrying handle of a broach 3 that skewers a food material is attached to an endless chain 10 and is transported between heat sources 12-1 and 12-2 arranged across from each other through the endless chain 10 from the upper direction to the lower direction, and then the food material is heated to be baked. A cooking part 6 performing cooking by using waste heat of the heat sources 12-1 and 12-2 is provided at an exhaust route AB of the heat sources 12-1 and 12-2 of the top of a casing 1 of the spit-roaster. The finishing heat treatment can be performed by the cooking part 6 while performing the preliminary heat treatment with a spit-roaster, thereby the efficiency of the heat cooking is improved, and the combustion table becomes unnecessary, thereby the space saving nature can be effectively used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
