A sanitary facility (1) is described which comprises an outlet fixture (3) in known manner. Said fixture has an adjustment element (15) for the temperature of the water flowing out of the outlet fixture (3), which adjustment element can be actuated manually. Said outlet fixture (3) is connected to a flow heater (2) by way of a water pipe (10). Said flow heater has a control input (25), which comprises a control signal for adjusting the temperature of the water heated by the flow heater (2) and which is connected to the adjustment element (15) of the outlet fixture (3). In that way, the temperature of the out-flowing water can be regulated by the user directly at the outlet fixture (3), as it is already known to the user from mixer taps, which are, however, supplied with hot and cold water by way of two water pipes. |
