The fastening arrangement has two plate elements arranged on opposite sides of the door leaf. The screws pass through a hole of a plate element. The equal number of sleeve nuts passes through a corresponding holes of the other plate element. Each screw engages in a sleeve nut for mutual clamping of the plate elements. The sleeve nuts have pivotable inwardly projecting protrusions. An independent claim is included for a sleeve nut with a flange.
