<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat waste liquid while holding down equipment and operating costs, without increasing heat consumption rate for cement clinker burning or the electric power consumption rate of a preheater exhaust fan. <P>SOLUTION: Waste liquid is purified and used as industrial water in a place other than a main heat zone of a burning step in a cement manufacturing step. The waste liquid may include one or more selected from waste liquid discharged by desulfurization in petroleum refinery, waste liquid discharged by producing vegetable oil, organic matter-containing waste liquid and oil-containing waste liquid, and the waste liquid can be purified by removing harmful components contained in the waste liquid by adsorption, oxidation or coagulation sedimentation. Industrial water is used for water sprinkling in the gas outlet part of a preheater, the inside of a stabilizer, the gas inlet part of a raw material drier or the inside of a vertical raw material mill in a cement manufacturing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
