<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool dust collecting device in which the obstruction of the sliding of an adjustment member for adjusting a position where a ventilation member moves rearward is reduced, and to provide a power tool to which the power tool dust collecting device is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the power tool dust collecting device in which a ventilation member 61 which protrudes toward the front and can slide in a front-rear direction is provided at a front end of a housing in which a hammer drill can be mounted, a suction port and a guide rail having a recessed groove 63 of which the bottom 64 extends in a front-rear direction are formed in the ventilation member, an air path through which air sucked from the suction port passes through the ventilation member and reaches a discharge port formed at the housing is formed in the housing, a filter collecting dust in the air is housed on the air path, and the adjustment member sliding in the front-rear direction along the recessed groove and capable of adjusting the position where the ventilation member moves rearward by being locked at an optional sliding position is provided at the ventilation member.
