PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide trifunctional bispecific antibodies for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the prophylaxis and treatment of tumor diseases.

SOLUTION: The trifunctional bispecific antibodies have: (a) a characteristic that binds to a T cell; (b) a characteristic that binds to at least one of tumor-associated antigens selected from Her2/neu, CD20, EpCAM, G250, GD2, GD3, proteoglycans, MHC II, EGF-R and CEA; and (c) a characteristic that binds to an Fcγ receptor type and/or III type positive cell through an Fc region.
