<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a slide area of a brush and a conductive pattern part at a position detector without widening a width of a lens tube having the position detector in a radial direction and in a thrust direction and to realize AF high accuracy without increasing a lens size. <P>SOLUTION: An optical instrument includes: a conductive pattern 2 for position detection having a signal output part; and a position detector 3 having a brush 1 that slides on the conductive pattern 2 and has a plurality of contact pieces electrically coupled to each other. In the optical instrument, in the plurality of contact pieces of the brush 1, a slide surface of at least one contact piece is provided on a surface perpendicular to an optical axis, and a slide surface of another contact piece of the brush 1 is provided on a surface in a circumferential direction to the optical axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
