<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell capable of achieving a high photoelectric conversion efficiency and cost reduction, and of being put to practical use as an MIS type, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor solar cell 14 is configured to have: a semiconductor substrate 2; a passivation thin film 3 formed on an opposite surface to a light incidence surface of the semiconductor substrate 2, having a higher insulation property than the semiconductor substrate 2, and in which a current can be conducted; a first electrode and a second electrode formed on the passivation thin film and having different work functions; and an anisotropic conductive sheet 17 electrically connected with the first electrode 4 and the second electrode 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
