Provided are: a novel compound represented by formula (I) and having an Akt inhibitory activity and a cell proliferation inhibitory activity or a salt thereof; and a medicinal agent useful for the prevention and/or treatment of cancer, which relies on the above-mentioned activities. [In the formula, R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an alkyl group or the like; R3 represents an aromatic hydrocarbon group, a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group; R4 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an alkyl group, an alkynyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic group or the like; and R6 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an amino group, an alkyl group or the like, wherein each of the combination of R1 and R2, the combination of R4 and R5 and the combination of R5 and R6 may, in conjunction with an atom to which both of the variables bind, together form a ring, and wherein a case in which each of R4 and R5 represents a hydrogen atom is excluded.] |
