<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber foam capable of reducing corrosiveness and improved in heat-resistive sealability, and to provide a sealing material having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber composition containing an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber is foamed to obtain the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber foam having a compression set of ≤30% at 24 hours after being compressed by 50% at 80°C for 22 hours and then released at 23°C, and a content proportion of a sulfur atom of ≤1,000 ppm in terms of mass as calculated based on a measurement result by fluorescent X-ray measurement. The sealing material is obtained which has the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber foam, and an adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber foam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
