<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation table capable of providing the optimal vibration isolation property to each machine of various kinds of metering/measuring machines needing vibration isolation countermeasures, enhancing the degree of freedom of designing of viscoelastic term, and at the same time providing versatility capable of freely changing setting in a user level. <P>SOLUTION: In the vibration isolation table 1, a plurality of diaphragm 40 of the vibration isolation mechanism 20 supporting a surface plate 10 on which the metering/measuring machines are mounted can be arranged in parallel in a supporting direction of the surface plate 10 and constituted so as to be able to be attached to and detached from the vibration isolation mechanism 20. The viscoelasticity of the vibration isolation mechanism 20 can be freely changed proportionally to the number by changing using number of the diaphragms 40 from one to two or more, thereby the optimal vibration property can be designed to the respective metering/measuring machines. The designing of the vibration isolation property can be simply and freely carried out in the user level because the viscoelastic term of the vibration isolation table 1 can be adjusted only by increasing or decreasing the number of the diaphragms 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
