DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to secure safety of taken out data and to explain the state of data to a third party even if the taken out data is lost.

SOLUTION: A terminal device includes: an application for executing a task; a data storage unit for storing data used by the application; an own terminal management unit for managing the state of data and the state of the terminal device; and a terminal communication unit. A mobile terminal device includes: a mobile terminal communication unit; a key storage unit for storing an encryption key and a signature key for generating a signature for state information; an encryption processing unit for encrypting data by the encryption key; a decryption processing unit for decrypting data encrypted by the encryption key; an other terminal management unit for managing the state of a terminal device on the basis of data or state information; an evidence storage unit for signing the state information by the signature key and storing evidence data. A verification device includes a signature verification unit for verifying a signature value given to the evidence data via a network.
