<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of achieving a long-term stable contact state by preventing separation of a film from a crack of a CVD lubricant film formed on a cleaning blade surface or a crack to be generated during use, in order to solve the following problems: when the lubricant film cracks and separates, the blade is peeled off, and a lot of layers are required and a lot of time and efforts are required for forming a hard film on a soft rubber surface to form a multi-layer structure for preventing the crack. <P>SOLUTION: In an urethane rubber cleaning blade, the vicinity of a contact part with a member to be cleaned is hardened with isocyanate compound and is deposited a CVD lubricant film by plasma ion implantation-deposition method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
