<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble caused by an adhesive filled in a gap between head members. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid ejection head has: a plurality of head members including a head body layered with a plurality of substrates and configured to eject liquid from a nozzle formed on a liquid ejection surface, and a head case fixed to the head member by the surface on an opposite side of the liquid ejection surface; a fixed plate where the head member is positioned and fixed at the section of the ejection surface side; and a reinforcement part comprising the adhesive filled and cured in the gap between the head member fixed to the fixed plate and the other head member to a predetermined height. A stepped part is provided at the side of the head case, and the uppermost part of the reinforcement part is located at the nozzle side rather than the stepped part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
