The motor i.e. large motor, has an alternating magnetic poles arranged on a four-pole rotor (1) and electromagnetic poles (3) arranged on a stator. Rotor magnets are moved by mutual induction of motor windings while the increased voltage requirement of the motor is reduced by reducing the motor windings and/or increasing the rotational force of the motor during the counter supply of electric power by using permanent magnets (8). The permanent magnets are arranged at ends of the alternating magnetic poles, and a continuously variable controller is provided in the rotor.
