The machine has a gripper device with grippers fixed on a gripper shaft (1) by gripper holders (2) and a screw connection (6). The holders comprise a circular arc (18), which has the shaft at the arc of maximum 180 degree. The holders have a holding surface (20), and a gripper finger (3) is arranged as a pedestrian (19) at the surface with respect to the shaft. The finger is detachably connected with the holders by a connection element (8). An adjusting element (9) is arranged at the finger, and the holders have a supporting surface (17). The element is supported at the supporting surface.
